We stayed there from 23-Feb-2012 until 28-Feb-2012 (2 families) and found the hotel to be at the convenient location with excellent heating facility inside the premises.
The rooms were neat and clean and fully satisfied our requirements and the room service was just excellent and we found the hotel to be safe and sound by all means. Infact, we enjoyed our stay there.
Though the food provided there was good, but still we recommend to the management to add some more menu specially to dinner to give it more value.

Martyrs Graveyard, the final resting place for many of the victims of violent Kashmir.
A pretty solemn place to visit. Often you`ll see relatives of those that have lost their lives praying, standing quietly by the graves...
Quite a stark reminder of the bloodshed thats been caused from the Kashmir issue over the years
Back from another tv assignment in Kashmir.
This time it was something less political. Strange as that may sound for the region... It was about cricket, and the Indian teams much awaited tour across the border in March... We managed to visit some interesting locations too- the border area between India and Pakistan - or the LOC as its better known.
Theres content waiting to be uploaded-updated from my three trips to the region, but i`ve been busy travelling. Will be doing it by and by.

Kashmir has, in the past, been referred to as `the most dangerous place in the world'. Perhaps there is some truth to that, but there is no doubting the beauty of this amazing place.
However, the recent past the valley has seen a much more peaceful and stable scenario, and there have been many tourists returning. Kashmir is finding favour gradually, and once again, as one of India's top tourist destinations...
