They houseboat is like a floating hotel in the lake and staying on one, actually gives you the opportunity to feel the serene and calm of Dal Lake and the beautiful Landscape surrounding it, alongwith the modern amenities one is used to in todays life.
They have a lobby and a well furnished dining room and the staff goes out of the way to make you comfortable and attend to your needs.
The food is great and you can tell the chef what to cook for you in advance. Kashmiri food is highly recommended.
