The Road from Conoor to Kottagiri
We wonder whether anyone could help us with the following.
We will arrive in Bangalore during the night of 28/01/05 - 29/01/05 and we are looking for a travellers place to stay which could also pick us up at the airport.
Since it is the beginning of our budget holiday and first arriving during the night never is our favorite, we would appreciate your help.

Generally it's only the 3 to 5 star hotels which can arrange to pick you up (generally free), all others hotels will need a booking first, and then you could request for a charged airport pick up.
I would rather suggest that you take a pre-paid taxi from the ariport, these are available in the arrival hall and are safe.

Probably u could book ur stay well in advance in bangalore and while booking u can ask for ur airport pick up.
There are really good/worth accomodations in Bangalore and its better that u plan ur stay and
travel well in advance.

Completely understand what you are saying. There are a number of these places which will pick you up and provide acco for the night. Depends on what budget you are looking at. Don't remember any of the names now, sorry bout that.

Walking the roads at every available opportunity ...Also the green environs are very relaxing. Brigade Road is the place where you will find all kinds of people having a good time, either its watching a movie, shopping or just chilling out at the "Underground" pub.
It's nothing fancy, just a nice colorful Dhabha look with typical bollywood settings. However we have a soft corner for the place as we met often enough at this restaurant while working in Koramangala Chaach (Buttermilk) and all starters
Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka state. My husband is from this city, so after marriage I stayed here for around 6 months. During this time and the lots of other times I visited I learnt that it is not just Bangalore that is beautiful. There are millions of places around Bangalore that are real fantastic! There is a whole lot here - beaches, mountains, wildlife (the best!) & cuisine. Here is a map of the state, I will keep adding info on the other places after Bangalore.
