Can anyone let me know of any yoga training individuals / instittutes in and around whitefield for elders and kids.

I googled "yoga in whitefield bangalore" and found a few centres! If u want me to confirm any of them or ring them, let me know
Going to bangalore via KGF enables you to view the scenic beauty of the Eastern Ghats and the inetersecttion of 3 states of Andhra , Karnataka and Tamilnadu, you can get a better idea of the Location of bangalore.
Direct buses to bangalore do not take the Kolar Gold field route , so you have to take a special bus coming to KGF and then get down at KGF and take a train or Bus to bangalore.
By virtue of this theatre being just behind our house we have developed the habit of checking which play is on the newspaper listings and heading there for the same! :) Plays in both english and vernacular languages are performed here, it is one of the best theatres in bangalore. Catch a play on a weekday where the chances of getting a ticket are higher :)
Started by Mrs Arundati nag, one of the best theatre artists in the country, this theatre has attracted talent from around the world! Kudos to her for reviving this entertainment form in bangalore!
the cafeteria here has some interesting Indian snacks that you should taste if you manage to get an order thru amidst the throng of people there! :)
