Hi Guys,

I am Chandru mohan from Hosur Road(Silk Board).

I am very much interested to join a club for Life Time membership which has Karting, Tennis, Swimming pool etc., I have gone through some different Clubs in Bangalore, The Country Club, Patels Inn, Holiday Village and Estate Club. But looking into The Country Club there is no Karting facilities and regular membership fee is 25k and I dont know wat are the Free facilities given for these members. Coming to Patels Inn membership fee is above 30k for life time membership i think it is too costly to me, advantage here is all the sports facilities are there and my disadvantage is it is too far. Coming to Holiday Village which is bit near to Hosur Road, its LTM is 11k which is very good budget for me, and only thing is there is no Karting here.

Can anyone suggest me more clubs with these facilities, so I can choose the best one which I can afford.

Chandru

None of the the clubs ( except Patels) have karting facility.

Country club is pathetic for sure.

I dont think you have any good club offering membership at less than 25k. Try Catholic Club on Museum road, has a good pool, and for members is absolutely a steal deal, eg. you get a mug of draught beer at 15 bucks ( for members).

All the best!

Travel Tips for Bangalore

Bangalore is a base of low-budget airlines

by castorp75

If you would like to take a tour in the northern part and in the southern part of India as well, it is a good idea to start and finish your tour of the northern part in Delhi and catch a plane from Delhi to Bangalore. Low-budget airlines have the cheapest fares to Bangalore among all the southern Indian cities.
I decided to take Spicejet and since I made my reservation early enough, I paid less than 12.000.- Rs for the Delhi-Bangalore return journey for 2 persons incl. taxes. That's a real bargain because it is a long distance.
