More photos Further to my review back from 22.10.2005, I have stayed again there from 01.07.2006 through 21.07.2006. Everything did work out perfect for me this time.

A lot more cleaner than in 2005 as it seems the hotel got some final finishing touch!

Executive room was very clean and spacious with a mini fridge wooden floor, and a sound-proof window. In addition, fresh bedsheets and cushions got changed daily under supervision.
Toilet was immaculate clean with antiskid granite floor down
the shower.

Local Kerala food at the hotel was outstanding. Still Karimeen a fish-dish-speciality is known to many insiders of Cochin.

For lunch, I have personally gone for:
*Grand Special Lunch
*Kerala Vegetarian Meals
available between 12:00 and 15:30 hours only

Dinner is served between 19:00 and 23:00 hours.
Allow 30 minutes for room delivery and is served at an affordable price.

Same day laundry is available. Internet facility is available behind and outside the hotel for a moderate price, but a bit shabby-but for emergency purpose will do.

For the 3rd time, I am planning to stay in a delux double in November. Will keep you posted.

real value for your money
