Kerala family Tour
Dear All,
If you want to spend some time with complete relaxation away from the noise, discos, clubs then I will suggest you this place – Sagara Beach Resort. I stayed here in the starting of year 2011 during my Kerala Trip. It was a family trip arranged by our tour operator Antilog Vacations (http://www.antilogvacations.com) . I am very thankful to them for arranging the finest hotel and tour program for me. During my stay I found the most humble staff who was always ready to assist. Food quality was awesome. I bet you will not forget the taste of south indian dishes. Hotel is placed at a very good location -just on the beach. Overall it was an outstanding stay .

The best beach hotel to stay in Kovalam
Hi there,
Can anyone recommend a good hotel/b&b in Kovalam. Ideally, we are looking to pay around 2000/2500 INR per night and be on the beach, or close by. Ideally the hotel should have sea views rooms with a terrace/balcony, a pool and wi-fi internet. I've seen many advertised but the pictures aren't that great so any personal recommendations would be fantastic.

you can also have alook at sagara beach resort, kovalam the tariff is between Rs.2000.00 and Rs.3500.00.

You can check out Pappukutty beach house. We stayed at Somatheeram, but after we went there pappukutty seemed a better option.

thanks for this and Pappukutty Beach Resort looks like a good location but the reviews are not good! I can guess that some of the reviewers are 1st timers in India and its a bit of a culture shock, but can everyone be wrong?

Wouldn't know much about the service and the types of rooms in Pappukutty, but the location seemed awfully nice.
The rooms were pretty okay in the other place (which is just about a 5-10 minutes walk to the lighthouse beach + it has its own bit of the beach on the other side of the lighthouse). The service could be a lot better but it wasn't bad.
