Cooking
by grets
While staying at the Ambada guesthouse, we were invited into the kitchen to wathc Modun, the cook, prepare our dinner. As a keen cook and a lover of spices, I found it absolutely fascinating to see how he turned a few simple ingredients into a gourmet meal.
Delicacies of Kerala..
by ushar
For the those who enjoyes sea food ..Kerala is the place to taste diff verieties .
When u drive down from TVM on the national highway towards Kovalam , after Thiruvallom u will come across lot of small resturants both the side of the roads . Dare to enter in one of those and taste the typical kerala style sea food delicaciies..
Never miss Kerala style fish fry and fish curry in coconut milk and fish moley.
The taste u get here is diff than any Five star hotels...since here they cook in the traditional way and ofcourse fish is also not deepfreezed one..it is fresh..

For a quick ride over the waters, speedboats are available for hire. Children enjoy climbing over the huge sculptures which dot the landscape.
