Disappointing service
We called in advance and booked a deluxe room. When we arrived they clamed that the deluxe rooms where full! At first we got an other room with twin beds in stead of a double bed as we booked, and the room next door was under renovation with much noise. We got a new room again, and it turned out, however, there where deluxe rooms available after all...
And when we checked out they tried to charge us for a more expensive room!
Unique Quality: We think this is unique, in a negative way: When we ordered fried egg and and scrambled egg for breakfast, we got fried, boiled eggs (!) and sweet scrambled egg with cherries and chips! he-he.
