formerly nown as the tourist cottages run by the SADA special area development authority.
now converted to ac cottages located just next to sagar talao and offering a beautiful view of the lake. the whole area is being spruced up so a lot of renovation activity was underway for which there was no prior information provided.the swimming pool was in a mess due to the same reason. howver the work wa in its last stage of completion.the cottages are comfortable the restaurant attached serves basic fare and requires a lot of improvement.
the bathrooms are quite spacious there are sitouts where you can enjoy some cool breeze.
there was accompanying rain in the evening and it was wonderful to enjoy the ambience.
the mornings are beautiful rise early to the beautiful chirping of birds and take a walk near the sagar talo group of monuments early in morning it is beautiful.
once fully completed with renovation work this will be the place to stay in mandu.

Unique Quality: beautiful lake view and lot of walks and monuments are within walking distance.howver ihe restaurant is not up to the mark so if you want to eat elsewhere you will have to go to hotel rupmati or other alternatives situated in village square.
