The place to stay...
Part of the Taj luxury hotel chain, Aurangabad's Taj Presidency Hotel is the place to stay in Aurangabad. While it is not the chain's best hotel, it is definitely considered the most luxurious in this provincial town and provides all the needed amenities. Staying in one of the hotels spacious rooms is definitely comfortable. One of the hotel's best features is the outdoor space with beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool, most appreciated after a long day hiking through the caves of Ellora or Ajanta. The hotel's restaurant is fairly adequate and the staff are very helpful.
