2 Words: Bed Bugs!
I can live with the old infrastructure and the bad air conditioning, limited TV channels are no problem for me even the bathroom heating that does not work and the internet that has to be a 2 hour bill are perfectly fine...but BED BUG INFESTATION is beyond limits....and my friends told me that on the 9th floor rats are soooo big that she thanks God they're not big enough to slip under the door...Oh My God..I loved Mumbai but I hated that hotel!!!

Hotel Four Seasons
Hotel Four Seasons is located 150 metres from Juhu beach. It is a popular 3 star hotel with large rooms. The building is quite old and the aircondition could have been replaced with new ones. One man is taking you up and down on shabby manual elevator.

Rate: 6000-8000 rupies, but you can try to bargain in down to 5000 rupies for a dbl.rom.
Unique Quality: The Restaurant Gringo in next to the reception is a good restaurant.
The hotel is a situated in a popular area, but the streets outside are not pedestrian friendly. Be careful with the hectic traffic.

One of the Worst Hotels in Mumbai
The Hotel Four Seasons in Juhu, im my opinion is one of the worst hotels in Mumbai.
The hotel is in one of Mumbai's posh, high class area, Juhu. This Hotel does not live up to its competitors.
The service the hotel provides is not very good, staff are very rood! The hotel infrastructure is old, needs updating, the bathroom looks like a shed with taps. Some walls have cracks and you can tell there has been a quick paint job done to make walls look new.
Some websites advirtise the Hotel, as having beach views! Dont be fooled by this all you really see are big trees and buildings. Also some websites have a picture of the Hotel, in that picture they show a tall building. Don't be fooled by the image, that tall building is another (better) hotel next door to Hotel Four Seasons.
My freind stayed in this hotel last year, and they stayed in the best room in the hotel....when they where sleeping at night...they felt a rat crawl over there faces! Next day when they woke up they found a big rat hole....and rat dropings everywhere. They did complaine to the staff at reception...who basicly did not care.
I am never coming back to this hotel! The goverment should close down such shabby hotels in Mumbai. As it gives Mumbai a bad image.

Decent Mumbai hotel
The Hotel Four Seasons satisfied our requirement of a midscale hotel relatively close to the airport. The room was clean and looked like it had been painted fairly recently. It had an old refrigerator added later, basically just sitting in the middle between the bed & small sitting area. Unfortunately the power to the entire room goes out when you take your key out so the refrigerator is not very useful during the day.
If you're looking for a nice hot shower, you should probably look elsewhere. Our shower was more like a dribble and the hot water only lasts a few minutes at a time. We paid 2300 INR for a double.
The attached restaurant seemed decent however we only had a light breakfast there and no dinner so I can't really comment.
For the price & location (& included airport transportation), it seemed like a decent value and I would consider staying there again.
