    Excellent, all you-can eat, breakfast, as well as extensive (finger sandwiches, candies, cookies, fruit, ...) teatime snacks, included in the room price. Very cordial and helpful personnel. Large window overlooking the Marine Drive. Three telephones, one in the bathroom. Good Internet connection in the business office.

    • My wife stayed a this hotel last month. Substantial amount of money was stolen from the locked safe. The hotel security claimed to have determined that an unauthorized entry was made into the room, but insisted that we make a police complaint, and have refused to make any restitution. Do not stay here. If you do stay at this or any other hotel in India, do not trust the safe, even electronically coded ones. When my wife returned in the evening, she could not open the safe with her own code! When the front desk staff was called, a low level hotel employee was able to open it with a master key.

    Unsafe property even in electronically locked safe, incompetent staff, typical overpriced Mumbai hotel for foreigners.
