The hotel building and facilities are great for a business traveler. However they are overpriced on everything. Their staff is not courteous and smart. Same questions were asked and from an Indian staying there they wanted to make sure there is charge for any service that you need and would verify infront of your clients that " You will pay for this!!!" Great embaracement in front of your foreign visitors. Their reservation claims internet is included in room charge but upon arrival the story changes. For overpriced $20/night internet they argue with you !!! Anyway if you do not care for service, stay there otherwise there are 4 other 5-star hotels in vicinity, stay somewhere else.
