Good low priced hotel

i stayed in this hotel for 2 days. it's good for a budget tourist, but be prepared to see some slum dwellers across the street. has good bus/rail connectivity. rooms are little dirty due to renovation, but where in mumbai do you get a double bed room with private bath for USD 12. ponder!. also can directly book using a credit card.i would love to visit this hotel again. as in any other low budget areas, come back early in the night before 9 PM and stay away from slum dwellers. instead of money , keep some biscut packets in hand and give them away to kids.another tip in mumbai shopping is to bargain for 50% of the rate quoted, and walk away if they don't agree to this rate. it is a buyer's market and you will find a new seller!!!
