Helpfulness
Smart, Clean and Friendly
We moved to this hotel after finding insects in our first one and thought it would be quite pricey when we saw how nice it looked and how smart the rooms were, but we were surprised and pleased by the reasonable price quoted for two sharing and stayed here for the rest of our trip.
We liked its location, finding the road we were on fairly quiet, so we didn't have any noise interrupting our sleep but busy enough that we could always get a rickshaw to take us where we wanted to go without having to wait for ages. We could also walk to other hotels and eating places in the evening and always felt very safe here.
The room was decorated in a simple, uncluttered way and was well maintained with matching furniture in good condition and comfortable beds. The bathroom had a black marble finish and this too was beautifully clean and well looked after.
The staff there were so friendly and polite and told us they had been expecting us as their friends had seen two English girls at the train station and thought we would end up here!
We also tried the restaurant once and had some nice Indian/Chinese style food.
