Best Location and Staff
We spent 7 weeks in 2010 and 9 weeks in 2011 in this hotel and couldn't be happier with the staff and the facility. The service has been outstanding. The staff has been efficient, gracious and courteous throughout our stay. Management has gone out of its way to provide for our needs and make us feel at home. The location is easily within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. We use the car rental service every week and have been pleased with the knowledge and abilities of the drivers. Not the most luxurious in Mumbai, but much more than adequate for our needs. The outstanding staff make up for any lack of luxury. Should we return to Mumbai we would never consider staying anywhere else.
