Hotel Aurora Towers by husain A pretty comfortable hotel, and right in the middle of town. I think i saw it mentioned somewhere that its Pune's highest building or something... The regular rooms were not available, and since we had already made our booking, i got upgraded. I was here on another shoot.
There was a pool, which looked alright from up above. Didnt get to use it though. The upper floors offer a good view of the city. Theme: HotelPrice: US$40-80 » Currency ConverterComparison: more expensive than averageAddress: 9, Moledina Road, PunePhone: 631-818Other Contact: hotelaurora@usa.net

by SirRichard GRAND HOTEL (Poona) This old colonial house has a charming relaxing garden restaurant and cheap rooms, though a bit humid and in a bad conservation state. I used my sleeping sheet-bag when I was there... Near Ambedkar Statue. MG Road, Camp, Pune 411 001. Tel.: (020) 6360728. Theme: Other

by Jacksprat For our very elaborate tent we paid Rs200 per night (ie £3.00)
It's really cheap. They have different types of rooms available. Some with bathrooms, others have to use shared bathrooms (which are clean and not far from the room)...and then...where we stayed - in a tent. They have huge tents set up with 2 beds, a light and a fan. It's may sound weird, but it's really good! Very nice hotel with traditional European charm and that inimitable French touch is very much in evidence.

I stayed here in APRIL 2004, I want to give credit to the listing on India Mike.com for the description and location as my journal skills during that period in Pune were pretty bad!
Hotel/Guesthouse Name: Out of africa City: Pune Are you the owner ?: no Amenities: Each room is very diffrent, depanding on the owner. Some have a kitchen, some kitchen and bathroom, others have charing kitchen and bathroom. It's an "privat" area in Pune, Koregon Park. There are 25 Rooms/Appartmentson the ground. Each have their own owner and if the owner is not a home they provide the rooms for rent. Most of the owners are Sanyassins, it's not nessasary to be one, but it's not a party place. But if you're looking for an nice place in Pune, in Koregon Park, in the nature, than this is the one. Address: Pune, Koregon Park, North main Road, after last bridge right, Directions: Koregon Park, North main Road, after last bridge right, Price: Prices are between 6000 - 12000 a month (HS) and around 4000 - 10000 (LS) Likes/Dislikes: Quite, in a huge garden like area, nothin I dislike, a bit outside, so either you rent a scooter, a Bikecycle or you have to go daily by Rick... Osho Guesthouse Osho Guesthouse is a beautiful starting place for visitors to the Resort. The tastefully modern, silent rooms all have air conditioning and attached bathrooms. As they are almost on top of the auditorium, it makes Dynamic Meditation at 6 am in the morning very hard to resist!
