Coronet Hotel: Deccan area

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Interesting lobby... very spacy feeling thanks to the mirror tricks.
The airco is set on "antartic".
Not so cheap.
Nice area.

Unique Quality: internet in the room (bit expensive),nice spacy shower, minibar,laundry service, HBO,ESPN,movie channels....

Noisy! Specially when you have neighbours ...

You always have to take the elevator.This takes patience somethimes. The stairs are going through the kitchen, so it's not allowed unless there is a fire.

OSHO Guesthouse: Stay in the OSHO Ashram

The OSHO Guesthouse is located within the OSHO Commune, next to the main auditorium and the Meera Buffet, making it very convenient for morning dynamic meditation as well as the evening meeting of the White Robe Brotherhood. It's very clean, if rather spartan. No TV or radio. The bathrooms are ensuite, with walk-in showers. Excellent maid service and laundry service. All rooms are air-conditioned with purified air. The guesthouse brochure trumpets that "the 60 room guesthouse would put most five star hotels to shame." I certainly wouldn't go that far, but it was a very good sleep.

Palolem Beach Resort!!!: Palolem Beach Resort!!!

For our very elaborate tent we paid Rs200 per night (ie £3.00)

Unique Quality: It's really cheap. They have different types of rooms available. Some with bathrooms, others have to use shared bathrooms (which are clean and not far from the room)...and then...where we stayed - in a tent. They have huge tents set up with 2 beds, a light and a fan. It's may sound weird, but it's really good!
