It was named after one of the greatest rulers of the Mewar’s dynasty, Maharana Fateh Singh (1884-1934). The palace is a grand styled hotel full of antique furniture, original paintings and unique crockery and crystal collections. Each of the 31 rooms and suites at the Fateh Prakash Palace Hotel is also decorated with original portraits and period furniture, some of which have been in the family for generations.
There are two restaurants. The Gallery restaurant provides a genuine mix cuisine of continental as well as offering nearly all varieties of English teas.
