Bad service at "The Chamiers Park" hotel
Experienced real bad service at a hotel named "The Chamiers Park" hotel at Chamiers Road in Chennai.
The Chamiers Park hotel is almost bereft of Reception and Housekeeping staff in the evenings. The Chamiers Park reception is managed by a school boy in the evenings who is unable to provide any useful service to guests.
The Chamiers Park hotel safety is also of concern. Due to cost saving by the Chamiers Park hotel, all the corridor lights are switched off in the evenings/nights. I almost tripped twice near the Chamiers Park stairs.
Overall I will not recommend the Chamiers Park hotel for stay to anyone.
Unique Quality: Very unsatisfactory hotel and its service.
