i would like to know how to get to kodaikanal from palakkad by road. distance and details if possible for a group of six adults and five children

For comfort hire a tempo traveller as you are 11 people. It should cost around INR13 per km or thereabouts. You could squeeze into a Qualis if you dont mind the discomfort for this journey 6-7hrs?

If you head to Kodaikanal from Coimbatore you can not miss the huge windmills on both sides of roads.
To be very precise they will fall after the Pollachi town. You can stop by and shoot those dianasours in your recording media.
