Best accomodation in Kodaikanal
Carlton hotel at KodaiKanal is 5 star and value for money. its situated next to famous lake. The Carlton is a unique combination of 'old world' charm and modern luxuries. Food is considerably OK.
we could not get cottage, there are about 3-4 cottages and its just next to lake.
Unique Quality: Golf and shikara is avialable on demand

A beautiful hotel on the lake
The accommodations were very nice and clean and the service was excellent. Every morning they would provide us with a buffet breakfast, which was EXCELLENT!
The hotel overlooks a lake and they actually provide a free boat ride around the lake. The view from our balcony was beautiful and having coffee in the cold Kodaikanal climate is definitely an experience I would recommend!
