We stayed at Hotel Amar in Agra for three nights and one thing that pleased me the most was the excellent value for money that the hotel offers. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and understanding they went out of their way to help us. It was due to the help of the hotel staff that we were able to watch the spectacular sight of simply gorgeous Taj Mahal at just the right time of sunrise when it looks its best. The hotel is well furnished and my room was a very comfortable and well kept one.
The hotel also provides swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a Health Club all at such affordable budget which makes it one of the finest budget hotels in the city. Although rooms are always clean and has good bathrooms its windows lets much of the outside noise in and thus is annoying at times. The staff is graciously friendly and helpful they also assisted us to enjoy a rickshaw ride sponsored by the hotel itself.
