International Guest House: Best place to stay - if you can find a room

Cleanest and most affordable place you will find in this city (what a rare combination). I checked a popular hotel, Brij Bihar, before checking in here: the other place was a dump and much more expensive. White sheets and clean-enough attached bath with hot water. It is right in the center of the attractions and facilities but you don't hear any traffic noises at night. No one wonder it is recommended by Rough Guides.

Well maintained garden and they have their own clean dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whatever money you pay for your stay also benefits the Janmsthan temple trust (the one nearby) because this place is run by that trust. Around Rs 200 for double bed attached bath, 24hr checkout. A down side is they do not allow phone bookings, first come first serve, and despite so large they are mostly full.
