Great customer service, I was able to be in direct contact with the owner who was amazingly helpful. I booked the hotel the day before arrival from the USA, for 3 friends who where coming in from weeks of kayaking down the Ganges to the Bay of Bengal. Not only was he accommodating to bringing the kayaks and all the gear in he was very helpful in helping me arrange transport for them, and guided to me to all the right places to set that up. The 3 were very pleased with the room and also found the owner and staff very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel based on staff alone, but the hotel itself is pleasant and has a very modern lovely feel to it as well... In a city like Kolkata it is wonderful to find gems like this...
