Hotel Sinclairs, Siliguri: Best Bet In Siliguri

The hotel is just off the main road (NH 31) in central Pradhan Nagar. Slightly difficult to notice immediately but you can always ask. Plenty of parking space. Inside, the wooden staircase and panelling gives it a warm look but perhaps, a few repairs could have been carried out. The room was nice and large (#309) with a warm glow to it. Again, the wardrobe and its handle could have been repaired. The bathroom was decent with all the right accessories.

Food was delicious, the service prompt and courteous. Laundry was immediate. The front desk was well managed with a very helpful staff. Rates were not at all over-priced, considering the quality of the services offered and the central location of the hotel. (The hotel is rated 3 stars). The complimentary breakfast (6.30 am to 11.00 am) was a sumptuous, well-balanced spread.

It is 12 kms from Bagdogra Airport and about 7 kms from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) railway station. There are 46 rooms, 41 Executive, 4 Senior Suite and 1 Junior Suite room. A restaurant, bar, swimming pool, Internet, Car parking, and a conference hall are some of the facilities offered.

Unique Quality: Bang in the centre of the city, courteous staff, good food, adequate parking space.
