City Maps

Throughout the city, you'll find these maps so you can never get lost (not that you can as the whole city is based on the grid system). There's also a good interactive map on the website below. Note that there is no sector 13!

Timber Trail
by SmileyLeSa
Timber Trail offers a picturesque view by way of a cable care. Take a cable car to the mountain peak and have a cup of coffee at the other end, take some scenic pictures, or go for a hike. There is a great scenic view from the mountain, which offers wonderful photo opportunities. Going out on the cable car was no problem. Getting back we had to wait in line for close to 1 hour. We lost some time, because we stopped here on our way to Shimla.

"Indian Train Ride, Food and Business"
Well, the train ride from New Delhi to Chandigsrh was memorable, as for food, I stuck with the India Veggy fair for breakfast, midmorning snack and lunch. We were on the train for a while!
Chandigarh looks real, busy, place. We were their on business, but a few tourists heading on up the line to the mountains.
