After not being able to catch a sleep at Paul's Court Hotel, after 3 hours I transferred to this hotel as recommended and booked by the local travel agent tie up of RatesToGo.
Deluxe Room at US$31, breakfast included and a pick-up from the airport, stayed for 3 nights, but I never had the breakfast because the tour to Agra was very early in the morning and my flight the next morning is almost after dawn.
An OK hotel for me, at least a lot better than the previous one. There was always an power failure when I was there but the hotel has its own generator that turns on automatically.
ROOM - is spacious, BED - can't jump on the bed, it's not that spring kind of matress so it's a bit hard on my back but comfort level is OK, TV - has english channels, BATHROOM - with tub and it's clean. WINDOWS - on the floor (I think it's the 4th floor) that I've stayed in are frosted so you can't see anything and it opens onto the terrace lounging area with all those plants with a couple of tables & chairs where you can also see the surroundings of Karol Bagh.
STAFF - are OK but not over-friendly.
I have not tasted the food from their restaurant as I prefer eating at the nearby McDonalds.
Overall - it's just fine... or maybe I juz got used to Thailand's (or Singapore or HK) standard of hotels, where a 2-star would mean a spring mattress and comfort level is really satisfactory to excellent. But whaddaheck, India is a great experience!
