Taking photos

Somewhere in the Red Fort we met some nice friendly peoples asking to have photos with us foreigners. This is a family I quite sure, I saw they have two young little boys and a sister about age 16. The parents were very highly educated peoples, they were probably doctors or professors but I did not ask them. They two boy speak good English and were so excited when I aimed my camera at them. After this, we met another two young men also wanted tohave photos with us.

Baha'i Temple or the Lotus Temple

One of the most visited structure in India and maybe in the whole world when it opened to the public in 1987.
The Lotus Temple is a religious place for people of the Baha'i faith.
Worth a visit for it's multi-awarded splendid architectural design.
Open 9am to 7pm from January to September, 9:30am to 5:30pm from October til March.
Admission is free!
Birla Mandir (Lakshmi Narayan Temple)

A modern temple which was erected in 1938. It is dedicated to Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity and good fortune.
The temple is an important prayer site and contains idols of several deities. Mahatama Gandhi who inaugurated the temple, often prayed here.

Quitab minar Build in 1199
Quitab is hightest tower in India,72.5 metres 379 steps to top.
Red and buff standstone ,good example of Afghan Architecture,build by Qutub-Ud-Din-Aibak.
Before visters are allowed to go top of floor of tower,but now its closed..
The curving &inside of the walls are inscribed verses from Holy Koran.
Inside of the Quitab,interesting structures is Iron Pillar.Pillar is 1600 years old,
still standing tall,without rusting or decomposing.
