Hotel Swisston Palace

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The staff are fraud people there. They will tell you the rate without tax at the time of advance and will put all the taxes at the time of check out and ask for a huge amount. They do not even pay taxes and do not give bill to the customers. Very bad room service and other service. The a/c is never working and they say there is a power cut all the time. They will charge you double the amount if you ask for room service even for a bottle of mineral water. The rooms are never cleaned and they show different and good rooms in the pictures. NEVER EVER GO THIS HOTEL , I REGRET A LOT GOING THERE.

We booked a suite room which was quite great. Rooms were clean & nicely decorated. Staff was quite helpful & front desk was great in helping us at all times. The manager was very helpful in giving us local city knowledge. Also the free internet access by wi-fi was helpful & our overall stay was fantastic! We would like to recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this Hotel Swisston Palace for 3 nights for the start of a 3.5 week tour of India and was pleasantly surprised. The room, although not very large, was beautifully appointed. Nice, clean and modern bathroom. It was a great experience at Hotel Swisston Palace stay in Delhi The breakfasts were great. Rooms are 5 star standard. Definitely you will get value for money to stay here. I will strongly recommend

Unique Quality: Staff and service was excellent. Location of the Hotel was good. Close to shopping area karol bagh of Delhi. Timing and quality of breakfast was good. Overall it was a nice experience.
