dirtiest changing rooms,bathrooms in pool area
I am a member of the pool and have a home in Pondicherry. The dues per month per member are 2000+ruppees. And, for this privelege I am subjected to an unopen changing, shower area which has very dirty bathrooms and changing areas. I always have to request that the area be opened, lights turned on, pool filtration turned on...and, this is an hour after they are billed as opening at 6 AM. My usual arrival time is 7 to 7:30. If they expect to cater to the foreign tourist trade, they had better get with it in the cleanliness area! The pool is beautiful and a wonderful lap pool...out of the sun, which is a plus but....! I would not recommend membership to anyone else!

Unique Quality: This is one of the start hotels @ Pondy and little bit old too. But they maintain it very well. Their restaurants are good and serve excellent food & drinks. They too have a Spa, which is of Ayurvedic type.

Nice Business Hotel
Very centrally located within walking distance to Beach Boulevard,
Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Downtown,the Ananda Inn offers good and comfortable rooms, coffeeshop and cocktail-lounge as well as a nice multi-cuisine-restaurant and an outdoor-pool. Although positioned in the centre, the heavy traffic doesn`t cause too much noise inside.
