    We stayed for two full weeks in the Bali Hyatt hotel in Sanur, which is superb and is said to have the most beautiful garden of Bali. So if you are prepared to spend some extra money on a once in a lifetime honeymoon experience, go to the Bali Hyatt (5 stars).

    The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful.

    Apart from the rooms, everything is in the open air (pavillions). The rooms are great and have either seaview or gardenview. Ours looked on one of the nice blooming inner courtyards.

    The great breakfast buffet could be enjoyed in either one of the pavillions or really outside in one of the gardens by the side of a nice pond.

    The pool (with towel service) is simply great. Completely designed in Balinese style. So great, that we hardly spend time on the private beach, which lies only a few metres away from the poolarea.

    The poolarea is surrounded by a large area with grass and palmtrees. Very relaxing.

    The other side of the hotel is surrounded by what is said to be the most beautiful garden of Bali.

    Finally, the hotel has everything you might expect from this type of hotel. Several restaurants, pianobar, kids club, etc..

    Im not normally a fussy person when it comes to where i sleep...But travelling to a 3rd world country my parents decided to go up a few levels in the accomodation department...I found the service wonderful, the people were so friendly and at your call 24/7. Also the rooms were spacious and enough touch of luxury to please anyone. Most of all the hotel was affordable. Any backpacker could afford to stay there for two weeks without any serious dents in the pocket!!!

    Our room overlooked the pool and the gardens. Everynight there was a band playing outside the window and lights fulled the gardens...Also another plus was the pool bar, it was great to keep cool, while getting a tan, while getting a bit happy!! You just charged your cocktails to your room and pay it at the end of your stay...Be careful though, as its not so cheap at the pool bar. And we got stuck with the tab at the end of our stay, and it WASNT cheap!!! hehe!!! Thank you Mum and Dad =)

  • Directions: As my memory is a bit dodgy, the only real direction i can give you, is that it was about 5-10 minutes off Kuta Beach!! And not a hell of a long way out of town!!

    The Hyatt is a lovely hotel. The hoel is spread out and makes extensive use of wood. There are many mini pools all over and it has an amazing flower garden. It is on the beachfront and has its own private part of the beach for hotel guests. The restaurants in the hotel also serve good food.

    The flower garden and the way they light the place up at night - very subtly.

    • I used to go there everyday to enjoy theri cocktails just sitting and enjoying the green that sourrands you. If you think hyatt in America.........Well in Bali you should think again.

    • Bali Hyatt is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed. Already the lobby is amazing.

    Rooms are very spacious and give you all the comfort you may need. There are two pools and of course the beach. The best is probably the pool bar where you can stay for quite some time and enjoy some beer. Within walking distance you have a number of shops, bars and restaurants.

    • There are two Hyatt's in Bali.

    If you pick the traditional one you will have one of the most beautiful pool areas with a wonderful garden and excellent price/quality.

    If you pick the new one you will have a little more modern rooms with a larger facility and one of the best beaches in front.

    I can really recommend both of them and the best is to stay in the traditional one and use the bus to frequently visit the new one. This gets the best compartive price and this way you get everything!

    We wanted to stay in a place that we would be able to get accustomed to the environment prior to venturing out. The Bali Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua was amazing. Talk about plush greenery, excellent staff and the royal treatment. We wanted to explore all of Bali and we were able to take a few day trips from here. We left for a few days but eventually ended up here to finish our trip with some more pampering!

    Go for the Grand package. It's worth it!!!

    Bali Hyatt is just about 20 minutes away from the airport and has a wonderful surrounding.There are more than 600 rooms with oceans,gardens view etc...a truly luxury place to stay in.

    Alam Suite room with two private Gardens and a mini private swiming pool.

    There are a lot of greenary surrounding and you can Nude for sun tan.

    Next to the Kuta Beach Area and you can even go for marine activities any time you like.
