Bali Hyatt is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed. Already the lobby is amazing.
Rooms are very spacious and give you all the comfort you may need. There are two pools and of course the beach. The best is probably the pool bar where you can stay for quite some time and enjoy some beer. Within walking distance you have a number of shops, bars and restaurants. Leave a Comment

If not for its lush gardens, Bali Hyatt would have become just another hotel in Sanur. It's a pretty old hotel with rooms that need a face lift soon. Perhaps they should pay a bit more attention to the rooms rather focus so much on their award-winning gardens.
Room is average, a bit overpriced for such a small room. Furniture is old and fittings are quite worn out. Not a place you want to spend a lot of time in when there is more to offer or experience outside.
There is better value in other places, so unless you only want to stay at 5-star hotels, you're better off somewhere else.
- Nice pools but not a lot of shade
- Beautiful spa, very pricey
- Cosy italian restaurant with great food. Service here is much better than the other hotel staff

There isn`t much to add, besides, that there are 2 Bali-Hyatts: THIS one is on Sanur, the other one - the "Grand Hyatt" on Nusa Dua, much bigger and less individual!
Bali Hyatt offers a superb "Regency Club" for all guests taking "Regency Rooms"; it is worth the extra money, as one gets free American Breakfast, Five o Clock drinks and plenty of Snacks from 5-7 pm !
The beach is good, but the pools in Balinese style, situated in a tropical garden,are superior !
An open-air grill and a more elegant restaurant as well as a very nice beach-restaurant with Italian food cater for the hungry. Besides, there are countless small restaurants along the main road.
Another advantage is, that Bali Hyatt is much nearer to the cultural places like Ubud and somewhat distant to the crowds of Kuta.

There are two Hyatt's in Bali.
If you pick the traditional one you will have one of the most beautiful pool areas with a wonderful garden and excellent price/quality.
If you pick the new one you will have a little more modern rooms with a larger facility and one of the best beaches in front.
I can really recommend both of them and the best is to stay in the traditional one and use the bus to frequently visit the new one. This gets the best compartive price and this way you get everything!
