Balam Bali Villa: A Peaceful Haven

I stayed in the only single room that they had - the Batur room, which is located upstairs in the wooden Pirate House. The room had a carved bed, table & chair, and a ceiling fan. I found it extremely comfortable and enjoyed waking up in the morning to the sun peeping through my large window. The bathroom was down the hall and shared with another room. There is a restaurant on the premises, though I found the food to be average. You may also have massages in the outdoor bale, which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Klub Kokos: Away from the crowd

We stayed in a lovely small resort just a scenic walk away from Ubud.
It was very quiet here away from all the noise of the village.
We had a nice cottage with a kitchen, dining room, bedroom with 2 queensize beds, and the lovely attached open air bathroom.
There is a nice pool and a restaurant on the grounds.
Very helpful staff and friendly owners.

They can arrange several tours for you to take.
One of the tours goes to Mengwi, Bedugul, and Tanah Lot.
They have a very knowledgable driver. He speaks english and you will enjoy his company.
