A resort in Bali Barat National Park
This is our Honeymoon place :)) Very secluded and very serene.... it is located inside the National Park. In fact to get there we have to do a transfer by boat. The Resort is in front of the Beach overlooking Menjangan Island.
The fact that it is a resort inside a National Park we can see monkeys wandering around and at night when went to the restaurant we saw a deer passing by!!! The service is five star.... We dined in a secluded place for 2 in the Beach...Food is excellent. In the end of our Dinner we were approached by the Chef and the staff bringing a cake and greeted us Happy Honeymoon... very nice gesture. The beach is pretty white sand and clear water. We were snorkeling in the jetty - lots of colourfull fish swimming around. They offer a service to take us snorkeling to Menjangan Island (said to be one of the best diving/snorkelling site in Bali). There's a lot of activities which can be done: Sailing, fishing, trekking in the national park etc...
Each Bungalow was built Lumbung Like with Veranda overlooking the beach.
The only drawback is they have to turn off the electricity at certain hours as they're using generator and the fact that they're not allowed to kill any animals/plants... there are small white rats wandering at night...hehehe.... No worry as long as we stayed in Bed (the Bed is covered with mosquito net like) they can't get in... and they only come at night when we were sleeping.
