Getting Wakked out by views

If you’re looking for a place to disconnect,
unplug and escape from it all this
may be a choice if this is your priority.

This property offers:
2 villas and 10 bungalows which
sit on a gently sloping rice terrace
which lead to the ocean, the black beach,
with the rice field-all set against
a backdrop of mountains and volcanoes.

It is isolated from any commercial areas.

Each bungalow is set up to have a view,
and have an adjacent out door bathroom
with alang alang roofs.

I did find the rooms to be in need of being refreshed,
which, could be an advantage to negotiate the price.
But if it is just a short stay that you need,
it could resolve that.

It’s also a great starting point
to be able to visit other areas within the area.

We were wondering around the Tabanan area,
and used it as our lunch stop.
We had the fish with veggies
which was very fresh and good.

Enjoy the serenity of paddy fields & Indian Ocean

This is our first honeymoon destination before heading to Waka Shorea. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel. It's 2 hours driving from Denpasar airport to Tabanan. we arrived quite late at night so didn't see anything much on the first night. Like Waka Shorea, The Bungalows are surrounded by sloping rice terraces which fringe a sparkling black sand beach on the edge of the Indian Ocean. The place is what My Husband said "The perfect place to fins serenity". It's just amazing to see the rice terrace standing side by side with the indian ocean. We took a walk in the black sandy beach looking at the ocean, in the morning. You could also ride a horse there, they have a stable.
The restaurant is perched on the edge where you can look straight to the ocean. The bungalow itself is nice - nice outdoor bathroom with sunken bath and proper shower. Complete aminities. Nice, complete breakfast. They serve breakfast in the veranda where we can have our toast while looking at the paddy field & Ocean. *Pretty good for a start for a honeymoon :) *
The only drawback is the staff are less hospitable compare to Waka Shorea and Santi Mandala. But I guess I might just have a higher standard for such things.
ps. Last year the room price is Rp 800K for WNI

Tabanan

Tababan is famous for the richest rice-growing areas in Bali. It is also a home for the ancient temple of Tanah Lot
Tabanan's landscape ranges from volcanic mountains to terraced rice plains. This is the rice bowl of Bali, with higher yields of rice than anywhere else. Tabanan, with its deserted, black sand beaches and tropical rainforests, is one of the prettiest districts in Bali.
I have only been in Tabanan two times out of all my frequent visit to Bali. One when I was a little child travelling to Tanah Lot with my family. Second for honeymoon where we stayed in a secluded hotel of Waka Gangga.
The hotel I was staying does indeed represent the landscape of Tabanan. Our Bungalow was surrounded by the paddy field terrain but yet it was in the edge of a cliff where you see below an Indian ocean. It was truly a place to find serenity
