"Ubud"
In the middle of island bali.... Ubud is a must place to see, visit and stay in.
It is the art and culture center of Bali. Arts & crafts is one of the town's source of livelihood as well as tourist attraction.
Whenever I come to Bali I always end up staying at least a couple of days here. Walking along Monkey Forest and Jalan Raya Ubud, the main road of the town.
It's a place to just having a serene contemplation, the nature - rice paddies, green lush and friendly people - are a good respite from the hustle and bustle of the 24-hour activitie sin Kuta.
It's just green...green... and green... everywhere...plus the Ayung river.

"Kedewatan"
We hired a taxi to take us to Ubud, cost about $15.
We stayed at the Puri Bunga Village Hotels in Kedewatan, 15 minutes drive from the very center of Ubud in a tranquil location up the hill.
