Nice n cheap
The hotel staff was very friendly, i bought the stay from Agoda.com and just had to present the voucher. The included breakfast was plentiful and nice, the pool-side dining was a definite plus and best of all, u get fresh off the pan omelet!
Unique Quality: nothing unique compared to other hotels around the world but the Indonesian breakfast was nice and the nearby availability of EVERYTHING is nice :)

sounds Traditional, but Modern in design
Unique Quality: it has room with terrace/balcony, air conditioned, mini bar, hot and cold running water, IDD phone, Taped and Radio selection, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV and in-house video channel and more.

Decent Hotel in Medan
A decent hotel right in the middle of the city. This hotel is also convenient as there are many rickshaws just outside the hotel ready to take you anywhere you want to go.
