Next to Cambridge Complex, near to Airport
The service is fast and we can get into our room pretty quick. But the view is terrible, not sure due to the dirty window or the haze outside.
We have a problem with the air-cond in the room and relaying the problem to the reception is another issue of it's own. We have no idea how to adjust the air-cond to higher temperature at first, thus it was by trial-and-error. After realizing the air-cond was not adjusted, we tried calling the reception and an engineer was sent to our room. The engineer checked and inform us to wait and the temperature will be higher in a while. Half an hour gone, the temperature is even lower, all of us were forced to sleep in the cold room till the next morning.
Apart from this, I think we would've enjoyed our stay.
Unique Quality: The pool is great, although a bit small.
We tried the massage service in the morning and it's really value for money.

Bad experiences - twice
I stayed in the hotel from 5-9 and 16-19 August 2010. Upon arrival we were told that our booked room was no longer available as we had booked the hotel for 21:00 but hadn't arrived at 21:30, and the hotel was also unable to make contact with us.
No wonder - we were airborne - the flight was late as it is usual in Indonesia. After some unpleasant hackle with the receptionist we were finally upgraded to a better room.
On the 9th we left the hotel and checked in again on the 16th. We left our baggage with the concierge, which was a big mistake. We had left a small netbook computer in the baggage which was stolen. The management of the hotel denied all responsibility.
Unique Quality: The facilities are good, but the pool tends to get very crowded. Breakfast is acceptable but not great. No cheese selection, poor bread.
