first i booked. when i went their i want to cancel it. so i went to hotel and ask reception that we could cancel free of charge. she said ok. so i decided to cancel and go other hotel. after that owner came to reception. and she said that we should pay all for accomodation. then we said the saying of reception. she agreed that we did not need to pay. but we payed downpayment for rental car. owner said downpayment is not for rental car but accomodation.. if anybody knows the condition of indonesia regarding hotel, we do not pay for downpayment for accomodation. my friend confirmed it in advance.. but owner insist on like that. she is really lier. if you stay in this hotel, you have to be careful of condition. even though receptioist say something, owner does not accept what receptionist said.
