Waewo Resort: Another cheaper option

I didnt stay here, so i dont really know what to say. But this resort has another option for 'budget' traveller. This accomodation cost IDR 300,000/pp/night. Full board and diving trip. Basic room :)

Acrophora Cottage: Cheaper option in Waisai

With IDR 350,000 / night/ cottage, this very comfortable option in waisai, capitol of raja ampat district/region. This cottage is run by the local goverment. Provides 2 double bedrooms with aircon in each room, living room, satelit TV, minibar, and mandi with western toilet. All in 1 cottage and breakfast (tea/coffee and cakes).

within walking distance to the centre of the tiny town :)

BATANTA BEACH HOTEL: A Beach Hotel In Sorong

'K,... the hotel we arranged from Holland was very basic. To comfort their guest the people had furnished the rooms and, though with AC the heat was sometimes horror. The toilet in the Western way, yesh... but you had to enter with some noise to drive away the cockroaches. They found their way by the unfinished wall ... and, ofcourse the presence of mandi-tank with gayung (a tank filled with water and a little pan to throw the water over you). There was water from the water-pipe... some brown water!

A bit childish to write the dismays about this so hospitable hotel-restaurant. The entrance looked so great, with the beautiful flowers (Hibiscus) and the open terrace. The clean sheets and fresh towels made good a lot of it. And ofcourse the deliciously prepared food and great breakfast were to extremes. The hotel-people tried to comfort their guests so hard, even the only guests were 3 people form Holland.
