Staying in Past, Old Batavia
This is an old colonial designed hotel, all rooms are elegantly decorated, and well equipped. The restaurants and bars feature a wide selection of fine cuisine and beverages.
Unique Quality: What make it so special is, this hotel located in the old historical part of Jakarta. There is a free shuttle service to both the West Jakarta shopping district and the historical area.
Kota Railway Station is 10 minutes drive from the hotel, if it is not jamming anyway.
Do ya think ya will feels staing in past? Hahaha i dont really know. But the surroundings are still rermain the same.

Will a Jakartan" tell me?
Please tell me what is the difference between Batavia Hotel and Batavia Apartments? Aren't they the same hotel with two different names? Or are they two different things. If they are different which one you think is more suitable for children. I need to know. I will be travelling very soon.

as far as i know, batavia hotel is Omni Batavia Hotel, it's in Kota - center of jakarta. Batavia apartemen is in Bendungan Hilir (Benhil) - south of jakarta.
i'm not sure abt the condition of both, but how long r u gonna stay in jakarta, if u'll stay in a long period (@ least 1 month), u better take the apartement, but if u just make a short visit, u better take the hotel.
