Jakarta's most convenient hotel.
My husband and his family are staying here before we got married. Their impression of the hotel is very positive. They had the best service since everytime they asked for help, the hotel managers were always there to help. The pool was a little bit too crowded in the late afternoon, but in the morning when there were not a lot of people it was wonderful. The food at the restaurant was amazing, especially for the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel to people because of its location, which is in the center of Jakarta and next to the Jembatan Semanggi, which connects Gatot Subroto road with Sudirman road. Perfect for business people.
Unique Quality: At one point my mother-in-law wanted to know some of the gorgeous flowers they had at the hotel lobby, so she asked the front desk. They didn't only give her the names of the flowers, they even gave the name of the florist that she could go to in Jakarta. Talking about great service and assistance ... it was great.
