well, terminal 2 has different operating hours .. they open 24 hrs. do you mean you arrive at terminal 2 and depart from terminal 3 the next morning? if this the case, you may stay in terminal 2 and go to terminal 3 early the next morning.

yes it is possible for economy class passengers but the airport lounge is located after check-in and immigration counters, so i don't think you would be able to utilise the lounge ..

Our last night of the congress...
A lot of the local field workers where there and we had to celebrate.

A really beautifull setting. In the back of the Pusat Primata Schmutzer in the evening dark , with the sounds of the Ragunan zoo surrounding us , crickets...

We did what indonesian people liked best.
Enjoying good food , socializing , singing (Karaok?????) and dancing...

Podg? podg?

Indonesia, being a Muslim nation, is thankfully not so strict as to impose the Islam religious beliefs onto every citizen. However, women are advised not to wear too revealing clothes as this will attract unwelcome attention. If a female traveler is entering a mosque, please do cover your heads as a mark of respect. Do not sit in a position which places the soles of the feet towards anyone, as this is considered a deliberate insult. Shoes should be removed upon entering a Mosque or a house O.K?

Pulau Seribu

When feeling out-bustled by Jakarta, escape to the Thousand Islands, actually made up of some 300 white beached, palm-fringed islands. Putri and Pelangi are great for water sports, Papa Theo attracts serious divers, rustic Sepa have gorgeous beaches and Pantara Timur and Barat have a sophisticated ambience.

1hr 30 minutes' boat ride from Ancol Marina. The Marina opens at 7am and most boats sail at 8am: make sure you arrive at the marina before 7am for a guaranteed trip.
