Manhattan Hotel

Not a 4 Star, maybe 3 star

First time staying in manhattan hotel jakarta for business trip.
Here's the review of Executive King Room:
1. Recep: Big area but only 2 staff at the desk at 12pm. Waited 20mins with only 1 person in front of me.
2. Lift: Enter the lift and there's a nice fresh fragrance.
3. Room:
a. Walk in: Smell of old carpet
b. Toilet: washing basin has a water saving device that shoots out water in tiny jets making washing difficult
c. Toilet: bowl flushes ultra strong and loud
d. Shower: head is broken and the holder is loose, hence have to stand very close to the shower head in order to bath
e. Aircon: thermostat does not turn on the aircon at 18 degC. Have to set at 12 degC and its ok, but at 3am the aircon stop working and woke up at 4am to turn the thermostat to extreme left to 10degC then atfer 15mins aircon work again but can't get to sleep afterwards.
f. Bed: Sheets are not that clean with black stain in pillow case, bed sheet and comforter. Asked for new sheets and housekeeping sent fresh hot sheets in 10mins but still have some black stains here and there. I changed the pillow case and found that the pillow is filled with yellow patches and one even have 2 blood stains. Bed squeeks whenever i turn in the night and it keeps reminding me to sleep still.
g. TV: 65 channels with HBO, Star Movies, BBC, CNA, so at least when i can't sleep there's TV to watch.
h. Closet: There's a body odour smell lingering in the closet and hence i did not hang my clothes there
i. Safe: There's a safe but can't use it as the battery is low.
j. Curtain: Doesn't fully closes allowing lights to shine in.
k. Wall: Wall paper are peeling at the edges and carpet are covered in thick dust at the corners. The sides of the bed frame is also covered in dust.
4. Understand that it is a 4 star hotel, but i guess a local and international ratings have a big gap.
5. Return to stay?: At the bottom of my preferred list but if company has a budget then for short trips of 1-2 days I'll just bear with it.
