You have only one choice iside the airport for taxi, and that is from the counter situated just outside the exit, there is no negotiation as it is fixed price, you tell the counter clerk where you want to go, they give you the price you pay and a driver will come and take you, from them the price to Kuta square (depending on what time you are arriving, will be around 40,000 - 50,000rp (prices have changed recently and I am not yet up to date).

You can take a walk outside of the airport and get a taxi from the street (there are usually plenty parked nearby), the price from off the street around 25,000rp.

You will probably be approached by people offering transport from around the customs exit point, it's up to you if you decide to use them, but be aware they shouldn't be there and are operating illegally without a license, and if they are caught with you in the car, they won't be allowed out, and you would have to walk back to the terminalor outside to get a proper taxi.
