Hotel Mawar: Bandung stay Hotel Mawar
The location is very nice, very close to the Masjid Agung Bandung and Museum of confrence Asia Africa, 10 mins walk to Jalan Braga. It is located in a small alley where local stays. It is clean, and facility is ok. The staff is nice but they don't speak much English thus they did not give much help. The hot water is not available in the afternoon. The first day I stayed there, there are some indonesian travellers. They use loud speaker to wake people up, thus creating a lot of noise in the early morning. Breakfast is lack of varieties, Sunday it was a buffet, but the rest of the weekdays we just had simple indonesian meals by plate. The price is relatively cheap, twin room cost me around 42 USD per night. I booked through www.booking.com
Overall, the hotel is worth its value.

Swiss belhotel: One of Bandung best!
In my many trips to Bandung, I pass by this hotel several times. And I thought the hotel is looking brand new, and quite large, and deserve a try. So, when my sister n her 3 year old were planning to come along with me to Bandung, my thought went to the Swiss Belhotel. I called them up, and they got me a promo rate (about US 70) for a week end night stay. One of the reason I chose this hotel is cause my niece wanted a swim in the hotel, so yes this hotel has a swimming pool. On my way to the hotel, I got a bit confused on how to get there (I drove the car with a screaming 3 year old on the backseat with her mommy tring to calm her down). So I called the hotel and they guide me, literary, turn by turn, until I found the hotel entrance. So, very helpful staff. And when I checked in, they told me that they upgrade my room to a business room, because their deluxe room is overbooked. And, without additional charges. So we were quite a happy lot, my niece had a wonderful time. The room is spacious n has its own PC, refrigerator etc etc. We were happy to have come here, very satisfied with the staff. But the bfast a biy disappointing. Can use a little upgrade
Unique Quality: Very friendly, very helpfull staff. Room is clean, spacious and ellegantly decorated ( the business room, that is) and quite .. We slept comfortably on our king size bed with four pillows on it

Da Vinci Day Spa at Braga: A 4 star Day Spa at low low prices
This isn't a Hotel but I wish it was. I spent 4 hours of a slice of heaven at this Spa. The therapist are superb and after having my muscles pummeled for 2 hours and my scalp massaged, I fell asleep!!! I was gently woken up before closing time. Total cost was USD 20. What a bargain

Swiss Bel-Hotel: Small Luxury hotel for an Affordable Price
I was a little worried that the wikimap located the Swiss Bel near the railway station in Bandung. I have also viewed such hotels with suspicion. What a pleasant surprise to find a lovely, comfortable, well run hotel.
The room was spacious and although this was a small hotel, it felt intimate rather than crammed.
The staff were amazing and I would recommend this hotel for both businessmen and travelers. It was an easy walk to the shopping and cabs are so cheap and plentiful in Bandung anyway.
We booked our room through a local website called www.itravelindonesia.com . We paid USD 58 for our room.

New Sanny Rosa Hotel: if you're looking for cheap and clean
First time I booked the hotel room, I'm a bit anxious on what kind of room do they have ( the room rate was under $40), but they prove me wrong! I was disappointed when I came and they couldn't find my name on the list. But, to my good surprise they've upgraded me to a higher room, with no extra cost. Breakfast is very standard but okay.
Unique Quality: Good locations, very affordable and good breakfast.

Hotel Cihampelas: Hotel Cihampelas
Kind of old hotel. Situated in the very of Cihampelas area, this hotel only have small parking lot. The room are not so big, and was not standard decorated. We got the feeling that they did not change the blanket from the previous occupant of the hotel. The floor was also not well cleaned. The hot water only available on certain hours, and the ceiling was dirty as the hallway of the hotel. The reception was not so nice nor so organized. It is cheap but not recommended at all.
