Pondok Sari Papandayan: Lovely open-air bathroom

We found this attractive rural hotel quite close to Cisurupan village, from where you approach Papandayan volcano.
Number of rooms is limited, so it is advisable to make reservations, especially for weekends.

Unique Quality: There are several independent lodges with one or more rooms each, situated in a garden. The grounds look out over the valley across the road.
Best are the lodges with luxuriuos open-air bathroom. Rates vary from Rp 350,000 (Rp 450,000) for rooms with closed bathroom to Rp 1,150,000 (Rp 1,500,000) for suites with open bathroom. The prices between parenthesis are for the weekend.
A restaurant is available, the service quite friendly.
