Budget hotel
This hotel is very simple and budget and the location is very near to Japan Tunnel also walking distance to Jam Gadang and Pasar Atas. Services is very good with basic facilities. I would recommend this hotel specialy for family coz of their spacious room.

Hotel Gran Malindo
Good rooms, authentic lobby and grand staircase. Also very good view - in every direction - from rooftop (see picture, with the volcano Gunung Merapi).

Bukittinggi's friendliest hotel
Very close to the entrance to the Panorama Park/Sianok Valley.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the location is very convenient.
